Spices Catering is very proud to announce Managing Director Peter Hickson has been inducted into the Restaurant & Catering Industry Association's Hall of Fame and is the first caterer to receive the honour. Peter started the family owned company in 1971 which has grown into a portfolio including venues and sporting complexes catering to over 3,500 events of all descriptions each year.
